When using the Wiscnotes website, you must agree to and abide by the following terms.

Wiscnotes is in no way affiliated with the University of Wisconsin. All of the terms on this page, as well as the prices of materials sold on this site, are subject to change without notice.

Wiscnotes is not responsible for and is exempt from any loss or liability, including any legal fees, arising from the use of this website or from a violation of these Terms and Conditions.

All content on this website, including the site design and material, is under protection of copyright laws.

Selling Materials

When you agree to allow us to sell your materials on our website, you forfeit the copyrights to those materials and give us permission to alter and redistribute them as we see fit.

Sellers must have full rights to all materials that they attempt to put on this site. DO NOT ATTEMPT TO SELL SOMEONE ELSES WORK ON THIS SITE. For example. if a professor sends you a study guide that he or she created then you are not allowed to sell it on our site because it is not your own work.

Each time that your materials are purchased from us, you will be notified of the transaction by email and 50% of the selling price will automatically be added to your account. Payouts will only be done upon request. Payout options include PayPal and personal checks.

Buying Materials

Any attempts to redistribute the materials that are sold on this site is punishable by law. All of our materials are protected by copyright laws. Neither the owners of this site nor the note providers are reliable for any harm that might come from it's use.

Although we strongly believe that our products are high quality, we cannot guarantee that they will raise your grades. Our notes are not meant to be a substitute for attending class, but rather an aid to help students improve themselves academically.

We cannot guarantee the contents of the materials sold on this site because we do not read through every single page of each product.

Refunds

Because we offer a description and preview of each file that is sold on this site, Wiscnotes typically does not offer refunds due to the fact that once you download a file we cannot take it back. In the rare case that a technical error or some other mistake occurs on our end that prevents you from retrieving your purchase, we can forward the materials to you via email or you can request a refund. Any issues should be forwarded to us via the contact page.
